Please refer to Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Line websites for suggested clothing for dining.
All cabins will be booked with “My Time” (when available) unless the Lead Guest requests another time.
The ships’ infirmaries are equipped to treat minor non-emergency matters. A doctor is available to render services at a customary charge, payment for services must be made in full BEFORE disembarking the ship. Doctors are independent contractors, and they have set office hours on the ship. If it is necessary to see the doctor outside of his/her posted hours, there may be an additional fee. Groups are encouraged to bring their own health/medical forms for each person in the group, in case of emergency.
Please inform 42nd Street Cruises of any special needs upon booking.
Guests should discuss the method of preparation of menu items with your waiter or headwaiter while on the cruise. There may be limitations in their ability to accommodate special orders.
Any passenger over 24 weeks pregnant will not be permitted to board the ship. There is a risk of pre-mature labor for any pregnant woman to sail on a cruise ship beyond 24 weeks.
Because the cruise line rules change often regarding what can and cannot be carried onto a ship, we recommend guests contact the cruise line directly.
It is imperative that any instrument, or prop taken on board a ship sailing into a foreign country be filed with United States Customs.

A minimum of 8 cabins is required for the group to perform or take workshops. All cabin payments will be processed by the cruise line, not 42nd Street Cruises. Payments must be made by credit card (paid at the cabin-level by the Lead Guest). Performance fees, workshop fees, and late fees are processed by 42nd Street Cruises (not the cruise line). There must be at least 1 adult over the age of 21 in each stateroom for all cruises. Non-related minors must meet all requirements as per the cruise line. The cruise line reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge or tax increase.
Once a cabin has been booked and the deposit has been applied to the reservation, no changes in category, stateroom, or promotions are permitted. Changing the number of guests in a cabin after booking may require rebooking a new cabin at current rates (this is called an “occupancy restriction”). If a Lead Guest changes the number of travelers in his or her stateroom and an Occupancy Restriction is imposed, the money currently on the original booking will transfer to the new booking, however the new booking will be at the current rate with the current promotions.
